Changing Your Membership
Want to upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your subscription interval? Here's how it works.
Upgrade to Premium
To switch from basic to premium:
- Open your dashboard and go to account settings.
- Select the "Membership" section.
- Choose your preferred plan (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).
- Complete the payment process.
The upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll receive your premium credits and benefits right away.
Downgrade to Basic
If you want to switch back from premium to basic:
- Go to your account settings.
- Select "Membership" then "Cancel".
- Confirm the cancellation.
Important: Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you automatically switch to the basic membership.
What Happens When You Downgrade?
- Your profile, reviews, and chat history remain fully intact.
- Purchased credits don't expire — they stay in your account.
- The premium badge is removed.
- Priority placement in search results is discontinued.
- Starting the next month, you'll only receive basic credits.
Change Your Plan Term
Want to switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa)?
- Go to your account settings.
- Select "Membership" then "Change Plan".
- Choose the new term.
The new plan takes effect at the next renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your premium membership at any time:
- No notice period — cancel whenever you want.
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No cancellation fees.
Do I Even Need Premium?
That depends on your usage. If you only take jobs occasionally, the basic membership with occasional credit purchases may be enough. For regular professional use, premium offers the best value.
