For Customers: Completely Free

As a customer, you use Helpful Folks entirely for free:

• Create and manage your account
• Post jobs
• Receive and review applications
• Conduct video calls
• Book providers
• Write reviews
• Chat communication

There are no monthly fees, no placement fees, and no commission on your payments to providers.

For Providers: Basic Free, Premium Optional

Basic Membership — Free

• Create a complete profile
• See and browse jobs
• Monthly free application credits
• Verification and trust rings
• Chat and reviews

Premium Membership

The premium membership is available in three term options:

• Monthly: Full flexibility, cancel anytime.
• Semi-annual: Save compared to the monthly rate.
• Annual: Best price per month.

Individual Credits

Additional credits can be purchased in bundles:

• Small bundle
• Medium bundle
• Large bundle

The larger the bundle, the lower the price per credit.

No Hidden Costs

With Helpful Folks, there are no surprise charges:

• No commission: We don't earn from payments between you and your customer or provider.
• No placement fees: No one-time charges for successful bookings.
• No minimum term: Premium can be cancelled monthly.
• Transparent pricing: All costs are displayed before purchase.
