Application credits are at the heart of the application system on Helpful Folks. They ensure quality and fairness in connecting providers with customers.

How Do Credits Work?

Each application to a job requires a certain number of credits. When you apply for a job, the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance.

Where Do I Get Credits?

1. Monthly Free Credits

Both basic and premium members receive an automatic credit refill each month:

  • Basic membership: A limited amount for a few applications per month.
  • Premium membership: Significantly more credits for regular applications.

Monthly credits are credited on the first of each month.

2. Buy Credits

You can purchase additional credits at any time:

  • Individual credits: For occasional needs.
  • Credit bundles: Various bundle sizes with volume discounts.

Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until you use them.

Credit Cost Per Application

Costs vary depending on the job type and category. Before each application, you'll see transparently how many credits will be deducted.

Credit Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded in these cases:

  • The customer deletes the job before your application was read.
  • A technical error prevented delivery.
