  • The service provided differs significantly from what was agreed.
  • Communication issues that can't be resolved directly.
  • You feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the collaboration.

What Can You Do?

1. Direct Communication

First, try to discuss the issue directly with the provider through the chat. Misunderstandings can often be resolved quickly.

2. Report the Problem

If direct communication doesn't help, you can report the issue to our team through the report function in your dashboard. Describe:

  • What was agreed
  • What actually happened
  • What solution you'd like

3. Our Support Helps

Our support team reviews the case and mediates between both parties. We work to find a fair solution that both sides can accept.
