When Does Editing Make Sense?
Common reasons to edit:
- You rated too harshly or too leniently in the moment and want to adjust.
- A misunderstanding was cleared up afterward.
- The provider made corrections or improvements.
- You accidentally wrote incorrect information.
What You Should Not Do
- Don't change your review just because the provider asked you to without any actual change in circumstances.
- Don't use reviews as leverage to get discounts or other benefits.
For Providers: Responding to Reviews
As a provider, you can write a public response to any review. This is your opportunity to:
- Thank customers for positive feedback.
- Clarify misunderstandings factually.
- Show that you take criticism seriously.
Your response is displayed directly below the review.
Filing a Dispute
If you're a provider and believe a review is demonstrably false, insulting, or manipulated, you can file a dispute with our team. We review the case and decide whether the review should be adjusted or removed.
