Helpful Folks is a community built on trust and respect. If you encounter problems, inappropriate behavior, or suspicious activity, we want to hear about it so we can take action.

What Problems Should You Report?

Inappropriate Behavior

  • Insults or harassment in the chat
  • Discriminatory remarks
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Unwanted personal contact outside the platform

Suspected Fraud

  • Fake profiles or false identities
  • Fake reviews
  • Attempts to circumvent the platform
  • Suspicious payment requests

Quality Issues

  • Provider doesn't show up for an appointment
  • Service delivered differs significantly from what was agreed
  • Repeated unreliability

Safety Concerns

  • Unsafe situations during service delivery
  • Theft or property damage
  • Privacy violations

How Do I Report a Problem?

Option 1: Report Directly from a Profile

  1. Go to the profile of the person in question.
  2. Click the menu icon and select "Report Problem".
  3. Choose the problem category.
  4. Describe the incident in as much detail as possible.
  5. Attach screenshots or evidence if available.

Option 2: Report from the Chat

  1. Open the chat conversation.
  2. Click the menu icon and select "Report Message".
  3. The reported message is automatically saved as evidence.

Option 3: Contact Support

For urgent or complex cases, you can contact our support team directly.

What Happens After a Report?

  1. Confirmation: You receive confirmation that your report has been received.
  2. Review: Our team carefully investigates the incident.
  3. Action: Depending on the severity, actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
  4. Follow-up: You'll be informed about the outcome.

Confidentiality

All reports are treated confidentially. The reported person is not told who submitted the report.
