Getting started is free — for both customers and providers. How much you can do depends on your membership.

Basic Membership: Free for Everyone

With the free basic membership, you can:

• Create an account and set up your profile
• See all profiles and jobs
• Use search filters and save favorites
• Post jobs (as a customer) or apply (as a provider)
• Go through verification and earn trust badges

Monthly Limits for Basic Members

Certain actions are limited to a monthly allowance:

• Providers: 5 applications and 3 contact request per month
• Customers: View 3 applications in full and 5 contact request per month

Not Included in Basic

The following features are reserved for premium members:

• Direct contact (chat and messaging)
• Introductory video calls
• Highlighted profile and premium badge (providers)
• See profile visitors (providers)
• Personal micro-website (providers)

Premium Membership: Everything Without Limits

With premium, all restrictions are removed. Unlimited applications, unlimited contacts, chat, video calls, and all other features.

• Providers: from 7,90 € / month
• Customers: from 19,90 € / month

The Key Point: No Commission

Unlike many other platforms, Helpful Folks takes no commission on payments between customers and providers. Compensation is agreed directly between you — Helpful Folks doesn't earn from it.
