  • Responds Reliably: You respond to messages within the 72-hour window.
  • Responds Rarely: Your response rate is low -- this badge signals to customers that you may be slow to reply.

Reliability Badges

  • Reliable: You have a strong track record of keeping commitments and delivering on agreements.
  • Limited Reliability: Your reliability score is below expectations -- customers may be cautious.

Achievement Badges

  • Top Provider: You consistently deliver outstanding service with high ratings and strong reliability over an extended period.

How Do I Earn Badges?

Badges are awarded automatically based on your actual behavior on the platform:

  • Response rate: How reliably and quickly you respond to messages within 72 hours.
  • Reliability score: How well you keep commitments, show up for bookings, and follow through on agreements.
  • Reviews: Your overall rating and consistency over time.

There is no way to purchase or manually request badges.
