Changing Your Membership
Want to upgrade or cancel your membership? Here's how it works.
Upgrade to Premium
To switch from basic to premium:
- Open your dashboard and go to account settings.
- Select the "Membership" section.
- Choose your preferred plan.
- Complete the payment process.
The upgrade takes effect immediately. All limits are removed and you get access to chat, video calls, and all other premium features.
Downgrade to Basic
If you want to switch back from premium to basic:
- Go to your account settings.
- Select "Membership" then "Cancel".
- Confirm the cancellation.
Important: Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you automatically switch to the basic membership.
What Happens When You Downgrade?
- Your profile, reviews, and chat history remain fully intact.
- The premium badge is removed.
- Priority placement in search results is discontinued.
- Monthly limits apply again (5 applications, 3 contact per month as a provider).
- Chat and video calls are no longer available.
Cancellation
You can cancel your premium membership at any time:
- No notice period — cancel whenever you want.
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No cancellation fees.
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee on first subscription.
Do I Even Need Premium?
That depends on your usage. If you only take jobs occasionally, the basic membership with 5 applications per month may be enough. For regular professional use, premium offers the best value.
