How do I review a provider?
Leaving Reviews
Reviews are an important part of the Helpful Folks community. They help other customers make decisions and give providers valuable feedback.
When Can I Leave a Review?
You can leave a review after a booked job has been completed. You'll receive a notification reminding you to write a review.
How to Leave a Review
1. Open the Review
Go to your dashboard and select the completed job. Click "Review".
2. Give Stars
Rate the provider with 1 to 5 stars:
- 5 stars: Outstanding — exceeds expectations.
- 4 stars: Very good — everything as agreed and more.
- 3 stars: Good — solid performance as agreed.
- 2 stars: Needs improvement — some issues encountered.
- 1 star: Unsatisfactory — significant shortcomings.
3. Write a Comment
Complement your star rating with a comment. A good review text:
- Describes specifically what was good or could be improved.
- Is fair and factual.
- Helps other customers make informed decisions.
- Gives specific examples rather than general statements.
4. Submit Your Review
Review your text carefully and submit. Reviews are final and cannot be edited or withdrawn after submission. Make sure your review accurately reflects your experience before submitting.
Tips for Helpful Reviews
