Profile Photo Check

A real, recognizable photo of yourself is uploaded and checked. This ensures that every profile shows a genuine person.

ID Verification

Your identity is verified through our partner Didit. You upload your official ID document, and the verification is processed securely and automatically.

Address Verification

Your address is verified through our partner Didit. This confirms that you are based where you say you are.

Liability Insurance (Self-Declaration)

You can declare that you hold liability insurance. This is a self-declaration that signals to customers that you are insured for potential damages.

Business License (Self-Declaration)

If you operate as a business, you can declare that you hold a valid business license (Gewerbeschein). This is shown on your profile.

How Do I Start Verification?

Go to your profile and select "Verification".
Follow the steps for each verification type.
For ID and address verification, you'll be guided through the Didit verification process.
Photo check, insurance, and business license can be completed directly on the platform.

ID and address verification through Didit are typically processed within minutes. The profile photo check is usually completed quickly as well.
